About the cottage

One of the oldest buildings in town — completely brought back to life.

The pink has left the building. The Freeland Cottage has been fully renovated top to bottom to give our tenants a quiet, clean, and safe place to call home — with all the comforts of a small hotel and the warmth of a real neighborhood house.

The Cottage is half-full of great tenants and we're carefully choosing the rest. Every door is brand-new solid wood with a digitally coded lock. Every room has new furniture, new bedding, a smart TV, ceiling fan, and a small table and chairs.

Common areas are cleaned for you. Maintenance is 24 hours. The building is fully monitored with video and audio for everyone's peace of mind. Bath towels, hygiene products, and food are the only things you need to bring.

We're close to everything in town — and we mean to keep it a place where good people can feel comfortable and safe.
